I ordered from Electric Family thinking the package would show up quickly, because the estimate made it sound like it would only be a few days. Instead, it ended up taking almost two weeks, which was frustrating because I had kind of planned around the original delivery window.

The tracking was also not very helpful. It barely updated, so I couldn’t really tell if the order was actually moving, stuck somewhere, or just not scanned. I ended up emailing them because I didn’t know what else to do, and even then I only got a basic answer.

The item did eventually arrive, and to be fair, it was in fine condition and there wasn’t anything wrong with the product itself. But the shipping experience was just not great, and when something takes that much longer than expected with barely any updates, it definitely makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

I didn’t expect dealing with customer service to turn into this much stress. I waited days for a response, and when they finally replied, the messages felt rude and didn’t actually help with anything. It was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

The site just feels cluttered and kind of outdated to me. The colors don’t really work together, and overall it gives off a cheap vibe. It also doesn’t make me feel super confident that customer service would be much help if something went wrong.

I expected a lot more for the price. Going in, I thought the quality and service would feel a step above cheaper options, but it really didn’t. Afterward, I found less expensive alternatives that seemed about the same, if not better. Maybe others might have a better experience, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money, and I probably wouldn’t go back.

It’s okay overall, like it does what it’s supposed to do and it feels fine enough. Shipping was normal, by the way, and nothing showed up broken, so that was a plus. But for the price, I thought it would feel a little more solid. A few parts just seem kind of cheap, not terrible, just not as sturdy as I expected. I’ll still use it for sure, but yeah, I’m not exactly blown away...
